Every sikh is not supposed to be called papaji.

Like Hinduism there are many castes in Sikhism too. One of the caste among them is bhape or phape. The people (usually men) belonging to that caste is called as "papaji". Others who belong to others castes are not papaji and shouldn't be called that. There are many other castes in this religion like jats, ramgarhiya, saini etc. This is a generelization mistake done by people, please clarrify it and stop calling every sardar as papaji.

  2. As far as I know that Guru Gobind Singh ji abolish the caste system by giving Amrit to panj payee and establish a fact that all men will keep their surname as Singh and Women as Kaur to abolish the caste system which was prevailing before . Unfortunately, people doesn't follow this and still create a caste barrier in religion
